Where does it come from?
"Al pan, pan y al vino, vino" is a Spanish saying similar to "to call a spade a spade", which is used to refer to situations in which speaking plainly, telling the truth and not beating around the bush, seems necessary.
"Pan" is the word for "bread" in English, one of the most common foods around the world, and it is also present in expressions in many languages.
Hence, this project is meant to get into the different meanings and connotations of the word as well as the history of this type of food and how it is produced.
What do we want to know?
In Al pan, pan we want to discover as much as e can about bread and all its cultural symbolism. Therefore, we are to concentrate on different aspects of this delicious food.
Following the principles of Cubing, each topic will be approached from a different point of view attending the different skills to be developed by the students as well as their learning styles and necessities.
Hence, we will develop abilities such as the description, comparison, association, analysis, application and reasoning, varying demands and resources to optimize challenges and work various competences. to maximize the transference and the generalization of information.
